1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Meropet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Meropet provides cloud-based veterinary practice management software, including scheduling, medical records, billing, inventory, and client communication tools. Features may evolve as we improve the platform.

3. Accounts & practices

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity that occurs under your account. Practice administrators are responsible for managing their team members' access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting availability, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Data ownership

Your clinic's data belongs to you. You may export your records, client lists, and invoices in standard formats at any time. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing & payments

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at checkout or in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply.

7. Availability & support

We target high availability and provide 24/7 support, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meropet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Veterinary judgment remains the responsibility of the practicing professional.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
