Used as carriage dogs in early ages, Dalmatian is noted for its unique black spot or liver spotted coat. It was developed in historical region of Dalmatia in Croatia. Its popular as a family pet and we can see Dalmatian dogs in competitions also.

GENERAL APPEARANCE

Dalmatian is medium-sized , well defined muscular dog. This type of breed has more endurance and stamina. They posses white coat with dotted black spots which make them so alluring and unique at the same time.

Body size and weight: They have body weight ranging from 48 to 55 pounds and height from 19-24 inches.

Fully Grown:

Male: 50-55 pounds

Female: 44-53 pounds
