Labradors are generally sporting dogs especially types of retriever-gun-dog which are one of the most liked breeds in Canada, UK and USA. Labrador Retriever is ranked in first position by American Kennel Club.

GENERAL APPEARANCE

Labradors are typically medium-large dogs breed. The solid, athletic and excitable Labrador which have a broad head and a wide muzzle, medium-sized, pendant ears and friendly eyes. The short, dense coat comes in three colors: black, chocolate or yellow. Their body has muscular build and powerful looks.

Body size and weight:

Males are 22-24 inches heights and female are 21-23 inches and body weight ranges from 25- 35kg. They are 1 foot 9 inches to 2 feet tall at the shoulder.

Fully Grown:

Male: 29-36 kg

Female: 25-32 kg
