Chihuahua is regarded as the smallest of all dogs’ breed which was named after the name of state called Chihuahua in Mexico. They come with varieties in coat color. This dog’s breed hits the top 10 watchdogs as recommended by dog experts which loves being with people. Chihuahua is a small dog with huge personality. They are also called “purse dogs”.

GENERAL APPEARANCE

The smallest dog in the world weighs no more than 2 to 8 pounds. They have apple shaped head and pointed muzzle. Ears are dark and round. Their tail is curved which arcs over the back. Simply, they are longer than tall which requires minimum of grooming and exercise.

Body size and weight: Body weight ranges from 1.5-3kg and height 9-11 inches tall at the shoulder.
